  Echoes it was on top of my list as a foodie I like to visit different place try new foods .So as I heard so much about this place and even it was the highest rated cafe in my check list .So I finally visited this place on Sunday with my friends so basically this place is situated in satyaniketan its on 2nd floor of the building so as you enter the place there is a beautiful quote frame hanging on the wall saying " LISTEN TO THE ECHO INSIDE YOU" and the whole cafe theme is about it only . Hats off to the owner of this cafe such a good step .Best and surprising part about this cafe is this cafe is run by differently ablate people crew .They are very humble well coordinated with a big smile on their faces which can make your sad day to a good day instantly .There is a switch next to every table and a bulb light near the counter when ever you press it the server will come to you .After the server come to you he or she will provide you the menu and a writing pad 📝 to write the Order which was different and amazing as you can modify the dish as by your wish n it was convenient too. Dish has its unique code so you just have to write the code.

The food menu is divided into various segments such as Head Starters, Sandwiches, Burgers, Pizzeria, Pastas, Wraps, Echoes Special and others. Each of the menu item has been assigned a Dish Code and that can be used to order the food. To ease the ordering process, the visitors are given a slip upon which they can write the Dish Code, quantity of the dish and they can also request food-customization (if any).

Coming to what all I tasted:- 

No Wine Sangria – Mocktail  

No Wine Sangria

How about a Sagria sans Wine. Yes, if you ever thought Sangria is an alcoholic drink, get your facts right. ECHOES serves an amazing rendition of Sangira – No Wine Sangria. The drink is fabulous in taste and consists of chopped fruit, a sweetener, and a small amount of lemon. It looks exactly like the traditional Sangira drink, but only to taste better that it. This sparkling red coloured Mocktail is truly delicious.

Grilled Cottage Cheese in Tangy Sauce
It was not satisfying in spite of big soft paneer slabs, abundant veggies and creamy mashed potatoes - 'cause grilling was inadequate and tangy sauce was too tangy. 

Extra stars here to the service, for they replaced the dish (though in vain) for lack of grill and brought extra broccoli on demand. 
Paneer Makhani Pizza

This pizza was cheesy and tomato based sauce with a lil smoky effect on paneer and corriander on the top .Pizza portion size was good and it was yummy.

Chilli Corn wrap (veg)

This was a mexican wrap filled with corn .I was bit disappointed with this wrap, this could have been better as it sound chilli, it was not at all chilli but it was sweet in taste.

 Exactly like a cooler drink should be, very refreshing.
Cream Cheese pasta 
 I am quite a pasta lover and a critic as well and I have absolutely nothing to criticise here as it was really good, perfect flavours.
Chilli garlic noodles 
 We were already full by the time this reached our table so not much comments about this one

Speak with your Hands and Listen with your Eyes

I love for the cause they have opened the cafe, make profit is one of the reason, but this is the only cafe who hire staff for service who are differently abled and this thing make this cafe special.
Place was very neat and clean and gives a very positive vibes although seating area was very limited. 
Overall a great experience. I would love to come back to this cafe whenever I am around Satya Niketan. The taste stays on the tongue for a while but on your mind for long. Hats off to the staff, once again.
